Following candidates are hereby provisionally allowed to appear at the interview in connection with selection of candidate for the post of Assistant Technology Manager, Paschim Medinipur District vide this office Notification No. 115 Date, 08.01.2018 to be held on 25.08.2018 (for Sl No. 1 to Sl No. 80)and 01.09.2018 (for Sl No. 81 to Sl No. 145) at 11.00 am, in the chamber of the Additional District Magistrate (Panchayat), Paschim Medinipur.
1. The interview will commence at 11.00 am and the verification of original documents will commence at 10.00 am. He/She is advised to report to the interview center within 10.00 am.
2. The candidate should bring original i) Age proof(Aadhar/Birth Certificate/Secondary Admit/Passport) ii) Address proof (EPIC/Addhar) iii) Educational qualification (mark sheets & certificates) iv) Caste certificate v) Computer knowledge certificate vi) Experience certificates vii) Proof of category except “Unreserved” and two copies of recently taken passport size photos in to the Interview Centre.
3. The Candidate is requested to download the Call Letter from website www.paschimmedinipur.gov.in and bring it to the Interview Centre.
4. No T.A. / D.A. shall be admissible. No request for change of date & venue of Interview will be entertained.
5. Candidates will sign & submit duly filled in Part-II portion of the Call Letter to the Invigilator at the Interview Centre. Photograph of the Candidate of both the spaces must be identical.
6. It may please be noted that the verification of the eligibility of the candidates is not final and hence the candidature of all the candidates is strictly provisional. Mere issue of this Call Letter does not confirm upon the candidate any right to be appointed to the post if he /she is otherwise not qualified for the same in terms of the eligibility criteria prescribed by the Government.
